REAL LIFE ADVENTURE
Culture of Innovation
operations. This experience aims to create and facilitate dialogue among groups who may not typically interact, bringing
people together to collaborate on a similar idea.
At DPR, we’ve really created a mechanism for giving individuals a voice to speed up the rate of change within our company
and our industry, and of course, building smarter and better
for our customers.
Since our creation in 1990, we’ve empowered all employees to
make decisions. This evolved into the formal adoption of a full
time Innovation Group in 2011. One of our four core values is
ever forward, and the Innovation Group encourages this mentality throughout the organization.
By promoting self-initiated change and encouraging employ-
ees to share ideas as our company grows, we continue to
evolve and improve. n
