launch in 2012, CFMA’s Construction Financial Benchmarker
tool is poised to turn over a new leaf – we’re excited to
announce enhancements in features and usability in the
Benchmarker 2.0 version to be released in November 2014!
After working throughout the 2013 Financial Survey Online
Questionnaire data analysis with Industry Insights (www.
industryinsights.com), CFMA has contracted with this
company to embark on the Benchmarker’s overall redesign
and redeployment, as well as improvements and upgrades
to the Financial Survey Online Questionnaire functionality.

So what can you look forward to with the release of the Financial
Survey Online Questionnaire in May and Benchmarker 2.0 in

from the previous year for easy reference and comparison. Additionally, program standard tolerances and edit
checks will alert Participants of financial data items that
are very likely incorrect (e.g., reported dollar values
instead of percentage). Participants will also have the
option of uploading their financial information to the
database via an Excel spreadsheet!
